Nursing helped me lose 30 without even trying. Did Insanity and lost 8 lbs. insanity was too intense so started Jillian's 30 day shred and lost 7. Gained about 55 lbs, lost 45 so far. 10 to go!

I road bike and now that it's winter I have a trainer that I hook my road bike up to. Baby goes in her exersaucer and I play kids songs on the radio. Sometimes I do yoga in the morning or evening with my husband, baby does yoga next to us on the mat.

Well I started to lose weight before we tried to TTC. I tried the gym, but had such a hard time getting out of the house. Then I tried Jillian Michaels DVD's but those were so boring. DH bought an xbox kinect and I discovered there was a Zumba game. I loved it! I lost about 2lbs a week doing it for 25minutes 3 times per week. I can't wait to get back to it after I have the baby.

I am thinking that I'll do Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred post-baby and while on maternity leave. The workouts are 25 mins, kick your butt, and helped me get in top shape for my wedding a few years ago!

I have a hard time fitting exercise into my day, to tell you the truth. By the time I'm done feeding, changing, and playing with the baby, I just want to relax.
The 30 day shred is probably a good idea, since it's fairly short and I can just pause it if I need to tend to baby.

Has anyone tried Stroller Strides? I received a 2 week free pass to the one in my area. You can start 6 weeks after baby is born with a doctors note. I'm still having trouble thinking about how I would juggle feedings etc. and being on time for class.

We have a stationary bike, but I never use it...too lazy! I try to get out for an intense walk with hills and pushing our big stroller every few days.
I'd love to take advantage of a gym with childcare, but those don't exist around here!
