I quit my job before I got preggo for health reasons. And I'm planning on staying home with the kids until they're in school. Since baby #2 doesn't exist yet and probably won't for a couple of years ...that's a lot of years that I won't be working! It scares me to think of the experience that I'm missing, so who knows if anyone will even want to hire me!
Are you worried about going back to work?

I go back to work next September and I'm worried that I'm already out of the loop! I feel like I've gotten used to staying in pjs all day long and while it's exhausting, staying at home is pretty laid back - I only have to worry about me and LO. I miss work and my friends at work but I worry about how I can do my job well and still be a good mommy.

@Rubies: I think for a lot of people working helps you be a good mommy. Once you have a little break from your lo every day fussyness, etc is probably easier to handle because you don't have to deal with it all day long. That's exciting that your going back to work!
