Ah...change,feed,play,sleep:repeat. Somehow in there I shower and cook and keep the house in tact.
When DH gets home, things wind down because he helps.

It's hard because LO is only 5 months, so I always run out of ideas. We play with her toys, listen to Pandora, she will play in her bouncy/jumper/swing while I do my own thing or clean. I nurse/feed her...We rarely go out though.

I don't even know. We are so busy all day and sometimes I can't even remember what we did.

We hang out and have family time in the morning, eat breakfast, get daddy off to work. Then we hang out and clean a bit listen to npr and read books and such, then naptime. I chill out, then she wakes up, we have lunch, then I shower and usually we go out for the afternoon. Then we come home and turn on the news and start dinner and wait for daddy to come home.

We do a lot of tummy time, some of it independent (he's working on sitting up and crawling). I read and sing to him a lot. We have dance parties--sometimes it's me helping him stand and "wiggling" him, sometimes I dance around and he giggles, sometimes I dance holding him. At least once a day I put on some music videos so I can start dinner. He's not really interested in his toys much except to chew on them. We try to take at least a short walk everyday, but it's hard to get out of the house because he's usually only awake for 90 or so minutes at a time, and the weather has been so crappy lately.

We actually have a pretty solid routine:
6ish the kids get up. We eat, mommy drinks coffee, and we hang out downstairs.
7ish we go upstairs and the kids get dressed. Then we play in the playroom.
8:30/9 DD colors, reads books, or plays by herself in her room while I put DS down for a nap. Then we both go downstairs and she gets to watch a show while I shower. We brush her hair/teeth, and then she gets to do a big girl activity with me like a matching game, painting, etc...
10ish DS gets up from his nap and we either go outside, go to the library, go run errands, go on a playdate, etc.. If we have time, we do a sensory activity
12ish is lunch and then the kids play while I clean up.
1ish is naptime. I do homework while they sleep.
3ish the kids are up, and DH gets home at 3:30, so we have family time
5ish is dinner
6 starts bathtime and bedtime routine
It's a busy day pretty much every day!

Right now I'm at a loss on this one! He's 8 weeks old, and stays up all day but doesn't "play". I never know what to do with him!

I feel like I spend most of the day feeding her. We try to get out of the house at least once a day, even if it's something boring like running an errand. I try to arrange a play date at least once a week, and we have Mommy & Me classes that we go to three times a week.

We have a pretty regular routine--here are preschool days...other days just include naps at home and morning errands usually.
7am: wake-up, feed DS breakfast, nurse DD
8-9: get everyone ready + leave
9:30: come home, feed DD breakfast, drink coffee
10-11: play with her on the floor
11: pick up DS
12: lunch
1: naps
3: outside activity (go for walk, run errands, play with soccer ball)
4: inside activity (paint, color, play-dough, board games)
5: make dinner
5:30: feed them
6: bath
6:30: pajamas and story time
7: bed
7:30: eat dinner with DH, take a shower and pour a large glass of wine

Me and the big one do zumba in the morning, we eat, I clean, change diapers we watch a little bit of cartoons, we play, change more diapers, then during nap time I just chill and watch a show or whatever. Then we work on learning stuff and do a random assortment of the things listed above until bedtime. And of course there is lots of nursing that goes on in between.

Lo is 4 months, so tummy time, feeding, naps, play with her toys, read to her. I try to escape the house at least once a day so we'll go for a walk or window shopping or something.

@bebefly: ha ha! Yep, that sounds about right
We follow pretty much the same routine everyday:
- Wake up
- Read books
- Go for a run/stroller ride
- I shower while LO plays in her pnp turned ball pit
- Breakfast
- Activity out of the house. Twice a week we go to library story time, once a week we go to the children's museum or the zoo (we have memberships to both), once a week we have a play date, and the other day we go to the grocery store and run errands.
- Lunch
- Nap
- Indoor play time - toys, puzzles, sing songs, etc
- Snack
- Outdoor play time
- Playtime with dad when he gets home from work
- Dinner, bath, story, bed

Play, eat, go on play dates, go to different classes (swimming, art, music), take a walk if the pollution's not bad, nap.

We go out every day. Library, gymboree, play date, or just running errands. I can't survive staying home. We both have colds so we cant go to the kiddo activities..... It's sucked.
