@jedeve: I had it from 34 weeks until the morning of my induction. I found drowning myself in water helped subdue it a bit, but not stop it. If I got the slightest bit dehydrated it got worse. I just got as comfy as possible and beared through it.
Don't panic and don't overthink it is my only advice! I went to the hospital 4 times and almost went cuckoo because I couldn't figure out if this was "it" this time or not!

What class did you take? Bradley Method
How many hours was it?? 2.5 hours a week for 8 weeks, or there was an option to go an 1.5 hours a week for 12 weeks.
Did you feel equipped/prepared? Absolutely. I couldn't have done it without taking the classes. My husband feels the same.
What would you have done differently? I would have hired a more experienced doula, but that doesn't really have anything to do with the classes. -
I'm watching cal and Macy until Sunday. Just opened a $18 can of tuna for snacking.
I'm watching the kids I used to nanny for and they have some pricey groceries!
