Nope, it's a little different every day. I follow the 90 minute awake clock and just let them sleep as much as they can when they nap...anywhere between 30 min and 3 hrs. Morning wake up times and bedtimes are flexible within about an hour.
eta: My twins are not quite 3 months. I've heard from others that 4 months is a common time to work on a schedule

He started getting a schedule around 4 months or so. It's not always on, and it changes an hour here and there, but it started to emerge around then. I was so worried about scheduling, but just letting him figure it out himself was the way to go!

he seems to be self-imposing this schedule -- like cannot stand to be awake for one more second and then once up, will not rest til he's been up for 2.5-3 hours. Not sure if I'm happy about it or not...

My guy's schedule shifted around your LO's age, to slightly earlier to bed and to rise. Before 4 months, he was an 8-8 baby and now he's more of a 7-7 baby.
Here is mine now for 5.75 months:
7am baby wakes on his own. He poops, has quiet time in the crib and then I nurse him
7:30am bath time, followed by naked tummy time
8:00am baby has time in the toys while I eat and check emails
8:30am we do something together (like, read)
9am: nurse down for first nap (and usually my shower and get ready time)
10am: diaper change and then we go for a walk with the dog
11am: tummy time in the livingroom while I eat/internet again
11:30: something together, such as me baking with baby in ergo
12:00: sitting at the table time, feeding baby solids or baby plays at table in high chair while I'm on internet...when he gets fussy we move onto something else like reading or bouncey seat time
1:00: nurse down for 2nd nap
2:00: diaper change and we head out for an outing such as groceries or a play date
4:00 we head home and baby often has a cat-nap in the car
4:30 I get dinner started (baby in ergo or on tummy time or at table playing)
5:00 bath time (he has a meltdown after bath if it's too close to sleep time) and we put him into his pajamas at this time too, which can also set him off if we do it too close to bedtime
5:30 sitting at table time while Mommy and Daddy eat (one day I'll feed baby a meal here too)
6:00 family walk
6:30 get ready for bed (sleep sack, nurse down)
7:00 Mommy and Daddy alone time!!!

We started trying to establish a routine at 6 weeks, and he did consistently have 3-4 naps a day but it was always different based on when he woke up which was different based on when he went to bed which was different based on when he woke from his last nap haha.
Once he hit 6 months he seemed to magically fall into a predictable pattern. He now goes to bed around 7pm every night, wakes up once at night and then is up for the day between 7:30-8a. Down for his first nap between 9:30-10, sleeps 1.5 hours. Then he is awake for two hours, down for his second nap between 1:30-2pm, sleeps for 1.5 hours and is down at night at 7pm again... and repeat
He is much more predictable now which is really nice.

it's nice to hear about other people's routines. my LO is usually up between 6:30 and 7:30, and goes down for his first nap about an 1.5 hrs after he has woken up, and typically sleeps 2 hrs. then he's up about 3 hours and we play and take the dog for a walk - sometimes a play date. After 3 hours, he has nap #2, which is never long enough. then we run errands or play and then bedtime prep (bath, pjs, bottle) usually happens around 5:30 with the dude down for the night at 6. Wish I could keep him up later, but he seriously is a hot mess by 5:30 and passed out. I'm scared for daylight savings time, when that becomes 5 pm!

Commenting just to follow.
LO has been adjusting her "schedule" to only two naps a day, but we've been out of town for three weeks (through the whole transition), so there is no normal schedule right now!
