Woof, I hit 28 weeks and my sciatic/ periformis and groin pain is BAD. I overdid it at home painting and re-doing a dresser and for 4 days now it almost feels like someone is trying to split my groin open- its like my groin bones (is there such thing??) ache tremendously.
I plan on starting back up swimming. I hate yoga and yoga squats seems to inflame it more. I use a heat pad but have a 35lb toddler who wants to be help sometimes (that REALLY flares it up). I haven't even gained a ton and have 3 months to go yikes!
I am very active and want to keep running... I will talk to my midwife but have you found something that eases the pinching and aching of the butt/ groin area due to sciatica?
