Is it just me or is Scott Foley incredibly hot? 
I have been seriously burning this candle since Felicity and it's the only thing I can handle about Scandal.

I had no idea he was on Scandal! I'm totally going to start watching now. I was always team Ben (when is Scott Speedman going to be on TV again??) but I love Noel too! Also always loved him as Bob on The Unit!
