I planned to go to yoga this afternoon, as i was desperate for some alone time. I was getting ready when out of nowhere, LO started whining/half-crying while DH was holding her. As soon as he gave her to me, she stopped. Give her back, starts to cry. Did you ever watch the Friends episode when Ben cried every time he got near Monica? That's what kept happening.

Every time i turned around she would cry! I didnt want to leave her like this so i ended up staying. I held her for a few minutes and after a while she calmed down. All of a sudden she was back to her usual self and had lunch. DH just put her down for her nap without any problems...it took me 45 minutes of crying yesterday.

What's up with this?? Suffice it to say, i did not go to yoga.

LO is almost 7 months old. I feel like no matter how much i practice "hi/bye", independent play, etc. I will be suffering for a while.
