I made these grilled cheese sandwiches yesterday, with the farro salad, and they were both excellent. I made a big batch of the farro salad and had it for lunch today, and paired what was left with baked chicken drumsticks with a honey soy sauce (coat the drum sticks with cornstarch before baking for a delicious crust!)

And it's not a dinner recipe, but these blueberry muffins are wonderful...I made a big batch to freeze so I can have them for breakfast! I didn't really change anything, except I subbed out about a 1/4 of the flour for ground flaxseed because I'm trying to increase my milk supply.

I just made this and it's so good! I halved this recipe to make a 9-inch round cake because I had 2 apples kicking around and DH and I just had a piece with vanilla ice cream slightly warm.

@ellewoods84: this apple cake is like that SITC episode where Miranda can't go past the kitchen without a bite of her chocolate cake. I ate it rom temp with coffee for breakfast and it was so good! It's not long for the world!
