I have bananas piling up in my freezer - please help me get rid of them! I've made banana bread before and it came out sub-par; a little dry, I wasn't a huge fan. Does anyone have a foolproof recipe they would be willing to share?

@abbydabbydoodlebug: This is pretty close to my family recipe, which I make often. I add chopped pecans of chocolate chips, though.
And I always use 4 bananas. It's way better.

@blackbird: @abbydabbydoodlebug: @pelikila: Thank-you! I'll bookmark a bunch and try them all out.
@BananaPancakes: I will likely be adding chocolate chips to mine, because.. yum! And I'll make a note to add an extra banana

@abbydabbydoodlebug: I use the same one! It really comes out perfect each time. Last time I made it I swapped in brown sugar for the white and it was really yummy.

@honeybear: Woah, that looks a little different, but I'm always up for trying something new! Thank you
@betsyboop: My sister and I used to watch her show all the time, love her!
@MusicaV: Beautiful, thanks!
Looks like I'm going to need a few more bananas....

@PermaStudent: It is a little different, but in a seriously delicious way! The version I use is actually from Molly's book, and it involves 3/4 cup sugar (I use less than 1/2 cup, because I always cut the sugar when I'm baking), 6 tbls butter, 3ish bananas, just the baking soda (no powder), some salt, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup plain whole-milk yogurt, a little vanilla, and no milk. Also, be sure to chop up the ginger into really small bits!
I made it again last night. It is like cake, especially after it's been in the fridge overnight. Also, I highly recommend whipping some cream to go with it!
