A few days ago I took a shower in the morning and I usually bring my fresh clothes to the bathroom with me. I forgot to bring my bra so I just put my clothes on and told myself I would put it on after I fed LO breakfast. Welp, I forgot and ALMOST went to music class with LO without it! I got to the car and didn't feel right, and realized I was bra-less!

I totally didn't brush my teeth this morning. And then I didn't realize it until I was 20 minutes into my day at work.

Not at mommy brain yet, but preggo brain is kicking my butt! I've gotten so forgetful. Today I keep forgetting my name tag at work, I forgot my lunch in my car yesterday, I forgot what month it was today, I forgot like 3 different things at my desk at lunch and kept having to go back... yeeesh!

@Bookworm: Ditto on the pregnancy brain! I packed my lunch and snacks for work this morning and still managed to leave it at home! *face palm*

I left the kids' lunch at home for the past 2 days and had to go back and get it.

I went to my parents this weekend and forgot to pack: crib, hairbrush, my underwear, and Easter pics I purchased the day before so I could bring them.
Yesterday I locked myself out of the house, then got to work and realized I left my laptop and had to drive back to get it. For dinner I made tater tot casserole and left out the extra tots all night
Seriously - the mommy brain smacked me down in the last 3 days!! -
Preggo brain moment: I locked myself out of our house while letting the dogs out the day after we moved in (so the spare key was still sitting on the counter, next to my phone). Had to climb in through window. Walked out the door to bring the dogs back in, locked myself out AGAIN and had to climb through the window AGAIN. Superfail.

I realise it may not be as serious as mummy brain, but sometimes I definitely get daddy brain, and it usually involves forgetting crucial words.
"Can you pass me the ... um ..."
"Swaddle? Burp cloth? Diaper? Baby?"
"Salt. That's it. Salt."

Horrible mommy moment: when shopping with LO today, she was moving around a lot, very squiggly. I unlatched her carseat harness and she fell asleep, so I covered her up. Totally forgot to relatch her when we got to the car! I know it's horribly unsafe and I felt absolutely rotten about it!
