I loved my shoes. It's hard to tell but the piece over the toe is all covered in sparklies. They were sort of like fancy flip-flops. I had all my girls write on the bottoms of them as my "Something Blue."

I don't have an artsy pic of my wedding shoes. I wore tiny heels because my dress already hit the floor at the perfect height when we purchased it, so I made sure the heels were lower.

@loveisstrange: I had super similar shoes for my reception dress! Maybe the same, but I honestly can't remember...would have to look at my wedding photos at home to be sure. Cute!

Loved my shoes! DH isn't super tall so I went with a kitten heel so I wouldn't be taller than him in our pictures

@yoursilverlining: I love the clips you made! So romantic!
Here are mine - a surprising Ann Taylor find I stumbled upon months and months before the wedding. We had a lucky 65 degree January wedding day in Colorado, so no other boots or back-up shoes were necessary. Danced in them all night!

@cascademom: I had the same shoes but with a taller heel and dyed them purple. They were sooo uncomfortable.

I couldn't find the shoes I wanted in the right color, so I got these and dyed them. I sort of wish I'd gone for red, instead.

@sheskrafty: My lower heel was comfortable. I didn't like the ankle strap, but I wore them until 3am anyway. I like how they look in purple.

I wore flats because our wedding was outside, and heels kill my feet.

I walked down the aisle to the Sleeping Beauty ballet by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. You know: Once Upon a Dream

I can't find a picture of them anywhere, but they were a plum satin Jessica Simpson flat with a sparkle detail on the top. I loved them, so pretty.

For the ceremony & pics I wore blue Betsey Johnson 5 inch heels. For the reception? Blue sequin Chuck Taylors. I love shoes!

For the ceremony my mom insisted I have white shoes so I obliged.
But I switched to some fun red heels for the reception!
