The Fieldcrest ones are amazing and I swear they should charge more! I have them in ivory and a lite teal. I also have Target organic cotton in teal, but some benzoyl peroxide face stuff (Clearsil, etc) that we used before bed bleached parts.

I am partial to white bedding as well. Plus, you can bleach it! My favorite favorite ever are the Pottery Barn "Essentials" collection. They only have white I think. They are expensive and so far we only have the pillow cases from the outlet and received the duvet as a wedding gift. But one day I'll have the sheets as well!
