Do you keep any emergency lunch options at your desk at work? For when there is no leftovers to pack?

I really didn't want to go spend $10 on a sandwich at the cafe downstairs. So instead I got a 5 pack of ramen noodles at Rite Aid. Ugh. There has to be healthier options I can keep at my desk?

I typically do oatmeal and granola bars for snacks/breakfast.

Freezer options also welcomed!
