Baby Sassy was finally born Tuesday afternoon at a healthy 7lbs 4oz! My plans for a non-medicated birth seemed like a great possibility when I arrived at the hospital at 10 and ready to push. A cervical lip prevented that, and I ended up with an epidural while I waited for it to move over the next 6 hours. I was definitely thankful for that when it took 2.5 hours to push her out. Overall, we are so thankful for our baby girl and are totally in love and obsessed.
