I was just at payless and had some luck there. I had a coupon. But just a warning that their shoes fall apart REALLY quickly. I call them throwaway shoes. You can either buy 2 or 3 pairs of payless ones or the real ones that payless has knocked off from for the same price, but they'll last much longer. I was just at Nordstrom and showed Wagon Sr. a pair of the "real" brand and said "these are the real version of the payless pair that just fell apart" and he said "are you gonna buy another pair from payless then?" and I said "no! because then I might as well have just bought THESE real ones!"

sigh.

I like to look in Nordstrom, Macy's, etc for shoes but I usually end up purchasing from Payless, TJ Maxx, Marshall's, or DSW.

I have small feet, so I usually shop on Zappos. Nordstrom Rack has been pretty good to me lately for quality heels.

Famous Footwear, Aldo, Buckle (they have really cute shoes), Von Maur, or Dillards.

For shoes that don't hurt your feet, I would try finding good brands on sale. Like Clarks, Born, Merrell, etc. You can usually find those brands at places like Famous Footwear and other big shoe stores like that one. They're expensive brands but SO worth it because they are made to work with your feet and aren't made cheaply.

The only shoes I ever wear are Orthoheel. They're orthodic shoes, and they're so comfy. My dad is a foot doctor so I get them for free from him.

I love DSW! I also buy a lot of shoes at Nordstroms. I'm kind of picky about shoes (the way they fit) so I dont' tend to order online, unless I tried them on in the store and know for sure they will fit me right.

I buy my heels from Aldo or Nordstrom Rack. I have wide feet so Aldo stretches them for me complimentary. I just recently started purchasing flats, and Nordstrom Rack has been a good place to look or DSW.

I usually buy from Macy's or DSW. I bought a couple pairs at Target a few years ago, but they ended up hurting my feet. I try on a lot of shoes before buying, so I only buy in store, not online.
