$65 on Zulily today...I'm SO tempted. Worth it? My LO is 7.5 months, loves to be carried, but she's 20 lbs and my fabric wrap carries are not doing the job these days (well they are, but my back begs to differ)

We just bought a second set of ergos and our kids are nearly a year. Kids love them and we still use them almost daily, and constantly when we travel.

Yes. Miracle carrier.
We used ours this past week to carry M to and from the beach! We had our arms free to carry the tent, bags, towels and shoes and she happily went along for the ride! Babies love being carried!

@highwire: Yes!! Honestly it wasn't until she was mobile around 10 months that I really got my moneys worth out of my Ergo.

LO isn't even here yet but I say yes! You already know she loves being carried, so you don't have that uncertainty. The only reason i would hesitate is if she prefers facing out-- I opted for the Beco Gemini instead of Ergo in case baby insists on facing out sometimes. But, with that discount the Ergo is half as much so I'd probably go wiht that!

@highwire: Oh saw it sold out-- keep an eye out and you'll probably see it cheap again-- I've seen it on Gilt every once in a while and occasionally on NBD.

@highwire: Yes! You will still get plenty of use out of it! I still use it now with my 26.5 mo old and 30 lber. It's a lifesaver!
ETA: Just saw the cheaper ones sold out. Sometimes they restock though when the sale goes that fast! I would keep an eye on or sign up for the notification when it comes back in stock!

Absolutely! I love ours and the sleeping hood is great for blocking sun or wind when you're walking to/from the car or between buildings. There are some on NBD right now, but I don't think for as little as $60.
*ETA* And the zipper pocket is awesome--you can put your wallet and keys inside when you run in somewhere for a quick trip and you'll feel so free! The sport model doesn't have that pocket, just FYI.

LO is 15 months/25 lbs and we still use it =). We have an evacuation plan and our trusted Ergo plays an integral part.

Even as little as my boys are, it is SO much more comfy to wear them in Ergos than our fabric wrap! I highly recommend them!

@lawbee11: Thank you! I had placed an order on Zulily, but really wanted the Galaxy Grey. Just snagged one from NBD for just a couple of bucks more :).
The purple one on Z was really tempting, but DH may use this as well so I prefer to not be quite so girly.

6.5 months and my Ergo is still in the closet. Gosh I should really use it!
