DS (4.5 Month Old)) goes to bed at 7:30PM and usually wakes up for one feeding anytime between 1:30 - 4:30 AM. I am okay with this current arrangement. However, there have been two nights where he would wake up and cry at times that are not between those feeding hours. Yesterday, he woke up at 11PM crying, and my pediatrician had mentioned dreamfeeding to help him sleep through the night, so I tried it. However, he woke up again at 2:30 AM which is around his typical feed time, and unfortunately, because he had eaten already at 11, my body did not have time to fully replenish. He noticed the difference and started to fuss. My body seems to have reached an equilibrium and it doesn't seem to be able to accommodate even ONE extra feeding! Sheesh!! (How will I survive that 6 month growth spurt??!!) Should I just try to get him back to sleep without feeding him, only to have to get up with him later for his usual feeding time?

In general, he's been a good sleeper, so I really don't know what to do with him if he's waking up during different times of the night. What do you do? Is there a way to prevent LO from waking up at odd hours? Hahahaha. I guess if there was, we would all be sleeping through the night, huh? =P I can only attribute this to teething, because what else could it possibly be??!! >_<
