My prenatal vitamin has 65 mg of omega-3 fatty acids (from fish oil), including 50 mg of DHA.
I felt like I should do something when I got the BFP so I went out and bought some additional DHA: 240 mg of Omega 3s including 200 mg of DHA.
But then the receptionist at the OB office said just to take the prenatals and not anything else.
Did y'all take extra DHA? I feel like they told me to take more omega-3 with my last pregnancy.
