Yup, we are all the same first and last initials. Not my parents though. I won't be doing it with our kids.

Yep, my sisters and I all have "themed" names that start with the same letter.

Yes but there are only two kids and we are both named after family so it was more coincidence than by design. The letter our names start with is also the first letter of my maiden last name and my married last name. My preference would be for baby's name to start with this letter too but I'm not insistent on it.

In my family, all the girls are H and all the boys are T. In my DH's family, everyone has a J name.

My whole family has the same initials. First, middle and last. My parents randomly had the same initials. Then My middle brother and I were a happy name coincidence (according to my parents). I was named after a great aunt whose name my mom always loved, and my MB was named after dad. Then my youngest brother was born...and they struggled to come up with a name for him that fit the pattern.

Needless to say...it caused a lot of confusion in the house and we will not be doing that to our future children.

No, but we all end with a 'e' sounding name. (although my older sister is a nickname, but that is all she's every went by.)

My extended family has a love of S names (on both sides.)
Mom's side: Shea, Seth, Sutton, Sawyer, Shyla, Shayla, Sara, Shana
Dad's side: Sanora, Shayla, Sierra, Saige, Shelby

I refused to use an S name for my child! haha complicated enough to keep them all straight!!!

If we have 2 girls they will most likey both start with E, but if it's a boy and girl it won't be that way. Just becaue we like the names not because we are trying. And no J names (we both start with J.)

Not my family. I have wondered how many do this intentionally and how many just subconsciously pick names of all one letter.

My sibs and i are all named in a theme too... And our nicknames are all ending in -ie. we did make a small effort to name our kids with the same ending -ia. Of course if we had a boy we wouldn't continue the pattern.

C's initials are C. J. and I considered naming our next girl Caroline Josephine. DH said he vetoed matching initials. lol

My siblings and I don't have matching names but they are a similar style of name.

My brother and I don't have the same first initial (mine is J, his is M), but my dad's first initial is K and my mom's is L, so they gave us those initials so that we could sign cards from our family as J,K,L, & M.
