T has been sleeping all day and feeling really poor. I've taken his temperature all day and it's stayed in the 99ish range. He had another 3 hour nap and I took his temp again and it was 100.4. He was warm from napping next to me so we waited and it was 100.7 at last check.

I called his ped today and they said to watch him overnight and see if he developed any more symptoms. They said as long as his temp was 100.4 or lower it would be okay. They're out of the office now and I'm hesitant to take him to the ER...it doesn't seem like that big of a deal. He's nursing fine and right now playing and chatting in his bouncer even though he's fussy and I can tell not feeling so great.

Advice? He's 5.5 months.
