LO woke up this morning with a cold. We're planning on flying to visit my parents on Sunday. Between now and then, I'm planning on laying low, nursing a lot, letting her sleep a lot, and trying not to get sick myself. Any advice for potentially traveling while sick with a potentially sick LO?

This is happening to us right now. We flew to Puerto Rico yesterday and LO woke up with a fever yesterday morning. I brushed her to the doctor to make sure it wasn't an ear infection and the doc said her ear was a little red but not infected yet. So she prescribed antibiotics in case it gets worse while we are here. We are giving her tylenol every 4 hours to keep her comfortable, nursing as often as she will take it and making sure she naps. We didn't start the antibiotics. We are going to wait and see if it clears up on its own. Hopefully the warm weather will be good for healing.
