Just wanted to update: my thanksgiving wish came true!!! I'm so glad I got a whole turkey. Hubs started feeling faint at around noon and said he thought it was from the vegetarian diet (this has happened to him before when he tried to not eat meat). He was desperate for meat and was anticipating my turkey all night! It came out super juicy and delicious along with the rest of the meal. Thanks for all of your comforting advice. I don't even think ill have to freeze what we have now!!! Happy thanksgiving everyone!!!
