My LO is about 22 lbs and she wears size 3.

I had the same thought! We started size 3 around 15 lbs. I have no idea how they can go for so long! I am curious...!

LMW is in 3s right now... she's 21 lbs!

DD was in size 4 diapers from about 10 months until she potty trained at 2.5 years old. DS is HUGE, probably pushing 25lbs and 11 months and in a size 4.

I feel like the biggest difference is how much waste the diaper can hold hahahaha, at least that is why I switched DS to a size 4.

My LO is in size 3's right now and she's 18 lb. She's been in them for quite a while now.

My LO is 28 lbs and in size 4s, and I sometimes think they seem small on him even though that's the lower end of the range. But like @sarbear says, he has a big belly that they have to accommodate.

We are in size 3 at 21 lb and they fit great. My size 3s go up to like 26 lb so we are still well within range

We are changing to 3s soon. He weighs around 15 pds.

We do pampers when we do disposables and i think their range is 16-28 lbs. LO is around 22 and still doing really well in the 3s. She is a long skinny thing though so I think they look big on her sometimes. Last time I was at the store I think 4s start at 22 lbs so there is a lot of overlap depending on your baby and body type.

@winniebee: luckily so far so good with the poopsplosions!

We just finished our size 2's (literally wearing the last one right now) and he's about 15lbs at 5 months. Good timing too, he's been having leaks the last few days.
