What do you guys think, does more sleep during the day help an infant sleep more at night or does it lead to not wanting to go to sleep/less sleep?
I'm asking bc I get legitimate anxiety any time one of my 6-week old twins naps for more than an hour or two. I get really worked up that long naps are going to lead to a miserable night Like right now, DS has been napping since 10:00 am (it's 3:00 pm now) with 2 nursing breaks in there and I'm freaking out that he won't sleep tonight, but I hate to wake home up at the same time.
What's your opinion/experiences?
