We've been promoting good sleep habits since my son was 3-months old (learned the hard way with kid #1). He goes down in a dark quiet room tired but awake and does well getting himself to sleep. We try to have a consistent schedule, but he varies so much! One morning he wakes at 5am ready to go, the next not until 7am. One day he takes 2 45-minute naps, the next it'll be 2 2-hour naps. Anyone have a wildly inconsistent sleeper and any suggestions with how to better regular (or cope)? I hate 5am Thank you!
