DD is 18 months old and she use to be able to go to sleep on her own. I just put her in her crib and walk out the room and she's out within a few minutes. Two weeks ago we moved into a new house and she was also sick (hand, foot, mouth). She refused to sleep in her crib and I get it. It was unfamiliar and she wasn't feeling well. So I totally babied her and let her sleep in bed with me or I will rock her to sleep and them put her in her crib. Well now it's been almost two weeks and I need her to be able to go to sleep on her own again. I can't believe I have to sleep train her AGAIN. Ugh!! I feel like it's harder now to hear her scream and cry. It totally breaks my heart. Have you had to resleep train your toddler? How did it go? Was it easier or harder than sleep training a baby?
