Our fridge died on Christmas day so DH and I spent the day after Christmas shopping for a fridge. We picked one out at Best Buy and got a 12/31 delivery date.

Today instead of getting a delivery time for tomorrow we got an email saying we now have a January 8th delivery date. WTF. DH called to complain but all he got was offered was a $25 gift card. Awesome that will cover maybe the cost of one take out meal - of which we are eating a lot because we don't have a refrigerator.

I don't think I can do more than a week more of no fridge. I think we could still cancel but we got a good deal. DH still wants this fridge.

Anybody have any complaint suggestions? We would not have bought the fridge if we had gotten a 1/8 delivery date originally. We had the 12/31 date at time of purchase.
