Last night Question 6 officially passed! Maryland now recognizes gay marriage. I am so proud to be from a state that allows civil rights for ALL of its citizens! I know we are not the first and I certainly hope we are not the last to make such a huge step in the right direction!

Woohoo congrats!! I’m from Maine and I feel the same way. It felt good to wake up this morning and know that many of our friends can now take part in the same civil marriage institution we did!

That's amazing! I'm from Texas...I think it'll be awhile before we get there, but hopefully one day!
