Hi Ladies,
I am in my second trimester, and all this week have felt increasingly tired. Something I've gotten used to from the first tri, but lately, I feel even more sluggish. I've even been going to bed earlier. I wonder if any of you ladies have any helpful hints?
From the day I entered the second trimester I felt so much better than in the first where I was queasy all of the time, and really wiped out. I've felt pretty great so far (at week 18), but this week has been a doozie.
I've stopped drinking caffinated coffee, take plenty of naps when I am able, my diet truthfully consists more of your dairy, meats, carbs and fruits but vegetables mostly still don't appetize me (although I try to have at least one serving a day). Any tips? Any other ladies feeling this way during the second tri? Thank you!
