We had spinach and artichoke lasagna tonight and it was fabulous! I was shocked but my 20 month old requested and ate thirds!

@sandy: so yummy!! Running elley gave me the recipe and we've been addicted to it for months lol. I try to make it a little healthier with veggie pasta, ground turkey and turkey pepperoni but we eat seconds and thirds so uh, moderation goes out the window when I make it.

I had left overs and cookies. Dh had French toast. E refused any kind of solids and just wanted to nurse. N ate snacks for dinner and watched CARS on the IPad. I was just happy N ate anything. N has a double ear infection on top of everything else this month.
