What do you do when you find your socks have lost their elasticity and keep falling down? Does that bother you or do you not even notice?
I am the type of person that will run to Target on my lunch break for new socks if I realize my socks aren't staying up. Drives me bonkers!

I HATE when my socks slip down, especially in the wintertime when I'm usually wearing boots! Also, my socks MUST match, otherwise it just feels weird!!

this barely happens to me anymore.. instead I keep finding holes in my socks and then i just thrw them out

lol i hate it too! drives me nuts. i have to keep pulling at it, and if i remember, i'll throw it in the garbage when i get home.
@andrea: it typically happens with the really small socks, the ones that barely show under sneakers or shoes...forget the names.

I'm lucky if I can find two socks that match in the morning. I usually lose them before the elastic ever wears out.
Plus, I mostly wear ankle socks - not sure if the same thing happens to them.

@Andrea: sounds expensive hahaha. well the ones that have lost elasticity - probably aren't very expensive hahahaha. i just buy the cheap 6-packs or so.

@tequiero21: they are but they really last forever just like their clothes!! i love how their stuff never shrinks or gets weird with too many washings.

@Andrea: my husband always yells at me for getting the cheap stuff. because i end up throwing it away, or they don't last as long, etc. sometimes, you really do get what you pay for....

I rarely wear socks. I'm always in flips. So I never have that problem, I don't get enough wear out of them to be worn out.

I think it's just the cheapy socks. I like wearing socks that come up a little further, I only wear ankle socks when I'm wearing sneakers. Gah.... Half my socks need to be tossed. I swear.
