Yup. But I think people need to be realistic about what/who they are looking for.

@MaisyMay: Ha I said the same thing. Some people need to lower their standards. I also think some people force relationships out of desperation.
@chopsuey119: Interesting, what kind of people?

Yes, I think there is someone out there for everyone. I think some people choose not to pursue relationships, though, and that's ok, too.

@Boogs: No particular kind.. I just don't think there's someone out there for everyone.
Some of it has to do with choice too I think.
I have 2 sisters who are still single and I can't see them getting married.. they've never been in relationships and are 35 and 38 years old. They're very career driven (English professor and Surgeon).
I think most people who've devoted their lives to the church and its mission (who've received a true calling--not the crazy shady ones) don't have a "one" either.

@Honeybee: Haha! Can't say I have ever been.
@chopsuey119: Ah makes sense, I can totally see that.

Nope. I think some people are better off single. I have an aunt who never married and I think that was the best for her. She is a wonderful woman who has great relationships with her friends and family. But she can be stubborn and set in her ways so I think it would be very difficult for her to totally share her life with someone. She just doesn't have the make up for the amount of compromising that comes with marriage.

I don't believe in meant to be. I believe that there could be someone for everyone, but it depends on if you deep down want and are ready for that someone to be in your life.

I don't believe in soul mates. I believe people can be happy with different people. But I do believe there is someone out there for everyone.

I think there is someone out there for everyone, the hard part is realizing that for some people (like me) the right person when you are 20 is not the right person when you are 30 (or whatever age).

I think there are several people for everyone..... I honestly don't believe there's just one person out there for you, because if something happens to your 'one', I definitely believe you can find happiness again.
