Sooo, DH is BUGGING me for gift ideas for my law school graduation on Saturday. I have everything I need, and the accomplishment is enough for me as it is I told him, just have some roses at graduation, but oh no, he wants to do a gift. He gave me a pandora charm bracelet for wedding three months ago, and my parents and in-laws got graduation charms so he can't do that. I need need work clothes for when I get a job, but everyone says that's not fun. So, what would you want? And we don't have children, and my MIL is taking me and SIL (she got her bachelor's last Friday) to the spa today, so no massage gift needed. Not a bad position to be in I know, but all I REALLY want is a job!

@Mrs. Jacks: This isn't a bad idea. He finds out tomorrow if he got the job in Bethesda which means we will move in two weeks (eep moving during bar study!) so we could do something fun here in ATL as a last time thing. Will relay the message!

My parents gave me a really nice watch for my LS graduation. Other ideas that would be a nice business card holder for your desk or a feminine, but sturdy tote bag/briefcase because you'll definitely take work back and forth between home and work.

Mr. S gave me a pen from Tiffany's engraved with the date (I think it's platinum??) My family gave me a diamond watch with the date on the back. I use both all the time!

How about a super sweet work bag? Something really professional and classic? (Coach, longchamps, LV, etc)

@winniebee: You win!! DH clicked on the longchamps website and fell in love with the briefcase in beige. Very surprising as he's super conservative, and I'd think he'd most certainly go with black. Pretty sure that's what's he's ordering! I hadn't thought of longchamps!

2. What about a nice piece of "corporate jewelry" as my mom calls it--a necklace that's on the thicker side, that goes with suits or sweater sets--something that's not as dainty as you would wear with your everyday clothes.
