My husband gave me a beautiful bouquet of red roses but, by the evening, they were already drooping. I came home a couple a days later and saw that he had bought me a new bouquet of flowers (from a new floral shop of course!) He wanted me to enjoy the flowers longer. He really is so sweet.

My mom left yesterday after my 20 day confinement and had been nagging me about my nutrition the entire time and wouldn't let me have a 7up or caffeine or anything yummy really. So on the way home from the airport DH got me a soda on crushed pellet ice from a gas station that's totally out of he way but is my favorite and a 6 pack of Krispy Kreme donuts. And then he took LO for 3 hours this morning so I could sleep in.
Oh and he got me flowers last week too!
Love him.

Not specifically for me, but it is sweet. He sings the Indiana Jones theme song every time he takes something from E and replaces it with a toy. He's such a fun and loving parent!

DD and I both shared a stomach virus, and he took care of her totally and was rubbing my back as I bent over the toilet puking. He's so much better than me!

He just genuinely tries to help out and make my life easier. He kept my 6 month old this morning while I took my older out to brunch with friends.

He woke up this morning at 3 am to check on me and my migraine and cheered me on at various different points during my 5k this morning. I expected him just pop up once but he was all over the trail.

We just got back from our Euro trip yesterday and the plan today was to do nothing but relax. Well, he woke up and washed, folded, and put away all of our clothes. I on the other hand, stuck to the initial plan

Since I got diagnosed with GD, DH has tried SO hard to come up with lunch/dinner ideas that are good for me, taste good and have variety! I am so thankful for him!

I took LO to the grocery store this morning so he could have some alone time and instead of just sitting on the couch watching tv he did the dishes, cleaned the kitchen, and threw in a load of laundry.

Our dishwasher is broken, and last night I started dinner but he did the bulk of the work, and then he washed all the plates, cutlery, and pots and pans while I watched Mission Impossible. Then he got up with our son this morning and let me laze in bed for an extra 45 minutes. I don't know what I did to deserve this treatment!

He spent his entire weekend last weekend looking for & buying me a new car, he even missed the game! Then he only had a one day weekend this weekend & he still went to my parents for dinner without even complaining!

He surprised me last week by putting pics of LO as a screen saver on our Apple TV. He went through and picked out all his faves of the last 5 months and it was just such a nice surprise.
