I know there are quite a few Korean Bees here. So what do I do with a big jar of soured kimchi? DH thinks kimchi is already sour, so ndb, but I know the difference! My old roommate would make a soup (I think, "ji-gae?"), but I've never made it. What do you do with it? Maybe kimchi-fried-rice? But not sure if the sour taste goes away?
