@MrsSRS: I thought chai tea and chai tea latte is the same thing? If I order chai tea wouldn't they give me the same thing? or is it a tea bag...? Actually when I order it I just say "tall soy chai", I didn't even specify tea or latte lol

My college roommate is Indian, and her mom came to visit us one summer semester and she made the BEST chai. Ahhh. I think it is tea bags with milk and she add a spice which makes it spicy and I completely forgot what it is now. I can not re-create it no matter what I try. ahhh makes me so sad!

Starbucks chai latte is a milk and sugar laden concotion. Chai tea is a tea bag and hot water so the only lcalories would be if you sweeten it and add cream

I've mentioned my DH's diet before on your posts. He drinks whole milk, eats lots of cheese, and takes heavy cream (o carb) in his coffee. I like organic whole milk the best for flavor and nutrients.

My kids are both allergic to cow's milk. LO1 drinks almond milk, and LO2 drinks hemp milk. We have a lot of different milks in our fridge.

I use half & half or whole milk. Because I like it and that way I don't have to use as much sugar.
Plus, the tablespoon or whatever I use isn't going to be what breaks my health. Its all the other stuff I want and shouldn't have
