I've found that I'm more of a physical touch person. Before I was not super liberal with hugging/kissing/hand holding and I find that now I crave physical contact from DH. No idea why. I think SAH in some ways makes me need a little extra love and reassurance where before I was more independent. It's been interesting. Quality time is still my primary but I get more of that than before.

@youboots: so interesting. I always heard the opposite that you don't want physical touch from husband since as a mom we r "touched" out.
That's true for me too.. Not as much physical touch but more so acts of service (helping w kids putting dishes away doing laundry). Obviously bc as a sahm caring for two young kiddos I am spent!!
What has stayed the same is quality time. Values it then and value it now.
