I "hear" a lot of women say they are grossed out by eggs during their pregnancy- was this the case for you?
I had a weird craving for eggs the day I got my BFP, but soon after started absolutely hating them until the end of the first trimester!

I used to eat egg whites as a great form of protein and I just can't stomach them now!! Yuck!

I have a love hate relationship with eggs. When I make them at home, I can't eat them most of the time.
When I go get breakfast at a restaurant, I have no problems eating them. I think something about cracking the egg and seeing what it looks like grosses me out?

It took until my third trimester to be able to eat eggs, and then only scrambled or in an omelette, and I can only ever finish about half.
Deviled eggs are the exception...I had no desire for them in the first trimester, but I can go to town on them now.

During the 2nd half of my pregnancy I ate an egg & cheese sandwich on an english muffin almost every day. I can't remember if I had a particular aversion to eggs during the 1st half of my pregnancy. Basically, nothing tasted good during my 1st trimester, so I'm sure eggs made that list too.

Not usually a fan unless they are well disguised, but in my first trimester the smell of eggs and bacon nearly has me running out of the restaurant!

During 2nd and 3rd trimester I craved plain scrambled eggs no salt and pepper or toast with them or anything, just plain!

Although I didn't eat them a lot during the first trimester, I did eat them. I have eaten tons of them during my second and third trimesters.

I have actually loved eggs this whole pregnancy. They have been very comforting for me and I have wanted an egg and cheese sandwich many times, ever since the very beginning.

YUP, even the thought of them made me want to hurl. and I LOVE EGGS. Even now (20 weeks), it's hard for me to handle~

Whats weird is I had a protein aversion for my entire pregnancy. I never had morning sickness, but even the thought of my eating protein made me want to throw up on the spot. I couldnt look at bacon, meat (cooked or raw,) eggs, even nuts and almonds, because they were protein. My doctor had me eat extra pasta and have some pretein shakes (which I managed to stomach) to keep my levels up. But ugh, I remember being so disgusted by it. And the day after Liv was born, I made DH go get me a NYC deli pastrami sandwich lol. It went away as fast as it came on

I couldn't eat scrambled eggs until the last 3 weeks I think (I'm 24w5d now). However, around 12 weeks I had serious cravings for and loved egg salad.

One of my first symptoms was when I was totally disgusted one morning by my usual breakfast of egg whites and toast. It continued all through the first trimester.

I never had the egg aversion that people speak of. For all of my first tri and into the second I had a pretty limited appetite in general but eggs never make me particularly grossed.

I had food aversions to eggs and meat with both my pregnancies. I pretty much lived off of dairy and beans!

Not really, however I guess in the first trimester I didn't eat them, but I didn't like to eat anything really! I stuck to 4 foods that I could keep down; chicken, rice, grilled cheese sandwiches, and toast. not very nutritional!
