For me it was 1) nausea, 2) food aversion, 3) feeling huge and uncomfortable in the 3rd trimester, 4) breaking out (much worse with charlie.... i guess he stole my beauty), 5) sciatica (much worse with olive), 6) insomnia.
What about you?

I'm on here right now because of my most hated symptom. Night sickness. Every night at around 10pm I get so nauseous that on most nights I sit on the bathroom floor with the laptop.

I hated being sick My first pregnancy I wasn't sick, but I was with this one. I also hate the bloating. You gain enough weight, I don't need the extra water retention!

I hated the sensitive gag reflex. I couldn't brush my teeth without gagging, which would then trigger the puking.

I haven't been sick at all so thus far my least favorite symptom is the acne. It's horrible. At one point my face actual hurt all.the.time because I had so many cystic pimples. It's gotten MUCH better in the past few weeks, but its still worse than it ever was pre-pregnancy.
I anticipate eventually back pain will move to the top of my list though. I have 2 herniated discs in my lower back and a history of my right leg going numb so I can't walk when my back gets REALLY bad; I hope the added pressure of a big baby belly doesnt make it THAT bad again...

The only thing I really had was bad acne and it took ages to clear up even after I had my baby.

Mine was increased migraines. I've had migraines my whole life, but they were way worse during my first trimester, and of course you can't take normal meds.

I despise nausea(only in the 1st and 3rd trimester) and the gastric relux that just started!

Mine so far is the hives/all over itchiness. I've had it for 10 weeks now and it is relentless.

Sciatica, breakouts and being hungry constantly, so far.
I never had much nausea or vomiting, so I managed to avoid that one.

Well, I'm only about 20 weeks right now, but so far it was the horribly painful gas from 4-8wks, then the 24/7 nausea from 8-14wks, and the acne from the beginning. The acne is really affecting me because I scar easily and feel like I look like a leopard...very attractive.

@Andrea: DON'T TELL ME THAT! lol I'm counting on the acne leaving my body the second the baby does...lol.

@MintedLife: I've had that, too. I actually collapsed while in line for paint at Home Depot. They tried to call an ambulance but I convinced them I was fine.

The worst for me has been the heartburn (though yoga has helped with that immensely!). Also, now that I'm getting bigger the sciatic nerve pain and groin tightness that make me move like an old lady.

The sickness... I hate being so hungry but not wanting to be near food

Sciatica FOR SURE!!!! Makes the days uncomfortable, and sleeping nearly impossible some nights.... and I'm not even "big" yet.
This go round the bump is aggravating a whiplash injury too which has been giving me week long headaches.
Everything else I can deal with (even the acne) but the pain and not being able to take anything or soak in a hot bath has been pretty overwhelming and frustrating. ='(

Horrible, 24/7 morning sickness from 5.5 weeks to 18 weeks, and still at 21 weeks I'm nauseated at night. And the acne, holy crap I look awful! I guess my little girl is definitely stealing my beauty! I did have a ton of trouble sleeping until I got my Snoogle--that thing is a God send!

Right now it's headaches, gag reflex and food aversions. I'm also starting to break out like a crazy person. I have a line of pimples going up the side of my face. Lovely.
This isn't a symptom but I also hate not being able to take cold medication. I know, I could...if I wanted to...but I don't.

I am really over peeing 3x a night. It's hard to get a good sleep!
pomegranate / 3388 posts
The nausea is the absolute worst. I have a pretty severe case, and I was completely unprepared for it. Also, I'm not a fan of the bitter taste in my mouth all the time, the acne, the constipation, the leg cramps, or the peeing all the time. Wow, that's a lot of complaints! I'm happy to deal with it all though if it means I get a healthy baby at the end of all of this

I had insomnia from the very beginning all the way through which was really frustrating. I'd say that and sciatica were the worst parts of pregnancy for me.

For me so far it's been the exhaustion, and crappy sleep. I miss being able to get things done during the day.

Nausea, lack of appetite, vomiting, looking like a pale mummy... up until around 20 weeks. this is the first week I feel Okay @20 weeks.

Eczema. It is awful and I'm praying it goes away once I deliver!

so far, it was definitely the nausea and vomiting, hands down. now, it's the reflux and backaches. and the overall feeling of being uncomfortable. i can't imagine how bad it'll be in a month.

Nausea and lack of appetite were the worst in the first trimester, but that eventually resolved itself.
In the second trimester heartburn was the worst, but my doctor resolved that through the goodness of drugs, I Prilosec!
So far in the third trimester, the general discomfort comes and goes, but along with that I'm having awful TMJ and carpal tunnel.

@Bee -how did you cope with the sciatica pain?
I've gotten random sciatica aches since the middle of 2nd trimester but this past weekend it's gotten much worse and more frequent. A couple of times when I'm sitting down it'll hit me so sharply, totally takes my breath away.

For me, the absolute worst is the nausea (its especially bad at night, most nights I have to take a suppository to deal with it or I will be up all night puking – yeah, fun times…). Honestly, the rest of it (bad constipation, heartburn/acid reflux, insomnia, ligament pains, etc.) I can handle, but the nausea breaks me down man. Forget water-boarding, our “enhanced interrogation” should include morning sickness!!
My biggest surprise so far has been my skin. I’ve had bad acne since I was a young teen, all through my 20’s, and honestly, my skin while pregnant is the best its ever been. My fingers are crossed this continues!

I had severe pre-e that started around 20 weeks. I'd say that was the absolute worst. It affected both me and her in so many ways, and risked both our lives on induction day. I ended up on hospital bedrest for a week before we could safely induce me.
ETA Also, because of that, I ended up in L&D seven times, four in one week alone. It was terrible. Luckily I have really good insurance!

I found a new one this morning. Walking into my huge closet and knowing I only have about 15 things I can wear. I tried on a pair of pants that fit (with a belly band) just a few weeks ago. Now they won't fit up over my butt. Apparently, my butt is growing. Great.

@MediaGirl: I feel the same way about my closet. I feel like the folks at work are so bored by my wardrobe, but I think I am giving my wardrobe too much credit . . . I doubt people notice as much as I think they do. And the sad part is, my weekend wardrobe is much worse off. I seriously need to find a pair of comfy yoga pants to lounge around in.

@MsLipGloss: I found a great pair at Target. They're maternity, Liz Lange I think. I even wear them to work.
