I love driving. When my husband and I are together, I am driving about 70% of the time. (I also multitask better than he, so he has a hard time having a conversation with me if he's driving and that bugs me lol)

Yes, I love driving. Its good that I enjoy it because I drive about 90 miles a day for work. I work with young kids and the 45 minute drive home is my "me time" where I can sing along to country music and unwind from my day.

I really like it! I find it very relaxing -- god, anything to get away from my computer.

I don't love it but I like it more than my husband so when we go on a trip I'm the driver.

I sometimes like to drive by myself, listen to the radio & just think but when I am with DH he always drives & I like that

@Mrs. Bee: agreed. When I loved in NY I wouldn't drive in te city either. But I loved driving on the island.
: @lilteacherbee: Me too! When I used to work I used the time to think, pray, sing loudly, catch up on phone calls etc.

I like driving when I know where I'm going and especially if I can take back roads to get there. Otherwise - driving tends to make me very nervous. My mom is not a great driver and has always been a scared driver - so that's never helped me much.

I didn't mind driving when we lived in LA and SD. Now that we are in Atlanta, hell no. The drivers here are the worst.

@MarriedandLovingIt: It's not the Atlanta drivers that are bad, it's all the people the come to Atlanta (who don't know where they're going and refuse to committ to their navigation errors) who make the traffic so crappy.

I love driving! It's fun and a great time to unwind and relax (and talk to myself and sing really loudly!).

@MsLipGloss: And the people that talk on the phone and text while driving. People are the worst drivers ever here.

I love to drive when I am by myself or with girlfriends. I like to roll down the windows and blast music.
However, when I am with my DH, I love it when he drives. He races cars as a hobby and drives a sports car for his daily driver, and he is SO FUN to drive with. He takes corners super fast and he is super good shifter and I just think it's fun to "cruise" with him. We go for drives at least once a week.

I'd rather sit in the passenger seat. I LOVED driving my old car though.

I never had a problem driving until I moved to Atlanta. The combination of speeders, people going super slowly, texters, cell phone users, etc. just makes me so nervous & frustrated. Ugh.

Compared to other major cities, Atlanta does not top my list for worst drivers . . . it feels very similar to other large citites (except for maybe LA); however, if someone moved to Atlanta from a smaller city/town, it would be a big change.
Although I must add that I live *in* the city - I don't commute in or out . . . and on the rare day that I have to be in rush hour/commuter traffic *oy*.

I hate driving, I am the poster child for road rage and lack of patience! My DH drives about 98% of the time we are together. The only time I drive if it's both of us is if he's had a couple drinks. I try to avoid driving as much as I can!

I don't mind driving, but prefer to be passenger. Hubby does most of the driving unless he's too tired, then I drive.

Used to love it! Now, I don't really care. More like a major necessity. I think it's soooooo inconvenient not to be able to drive like my mil.

I love to drive, but my husband does too. When we are together he drives 90% of the time.

I like driving short distances, like less than 90 minutes. I can be okay if its all highway for upto 3 hours. I don't like driving in the city when I'm not familiar with it. I don't think I could drive in NYC.
