Yup. The city we live in is a hardcore sports town. My husband is just about the biggest fan of our NFL team. EVER. We had season tickets for two years. We tailgated for every single game even in sub zero blizzard weather!
I've also been to probably 4 or 5 pro hockey games?
I've been to also a Yankees game and minor league game in our city.

@regberadaisy: Dang. Hardcore indeed! HA. Luckily DH isn't a sports fan!

Yup, I've been to at least one game for all four of the major sports. Football is my favorite but it's so expensive and hard to get tickets around here!

@mamabolt:
eBay is a great resource. If you look far enough ahead sometimes you get lucky and catch someone who does not know how much they can really get for their tickets! hahah.
I was able to the one year pay $75 ea ticket for 3rd row seats on the 40yd line on our team side.

Neither of us are sports fans, but my husband got tickets to a Yankees/Red Sox playoff game a few years ago as a thank you gift so we went to that game. And we've gone to a couple of Patriots games.
Other than that, no pro games since I was a kid.

Yes! It's nearly impossible to live in the Boston area and not go to Fenway at least once - I've been to more Red Sox games than I can count. I've also been to a handful of Celtics games and one Patriots game

My family is very into sports so I've seen a lot. I'm not a huge fan though, I only like college football.

So far only lots of hockey!! Our city doesn't have any other professional teams.

Yes, I'd rather watch sports live than on TV! I've been lucky to attend many pro baseball games, a few football, one hockey, one soccer, one tennis, one golf and a handful of pro basketball.

@Rachel: Yes! I'm not even a Red Sox fan, but I really love going to games at Fenway. It's by far the best ball park I've been to because it feels so cozy!
I've been to pretty much all types of pro sports games live except soccer and golf.

Yup. I've been to pro games for hockey, basketball, baseball, and football. I went to Fenway a lot growing up. I never went to an NFL game until my hubs started playing... And now that he is retired I'll probably not go again. I was too spoiled by the family section!!

Yeah! We weren't ticket holders but as a treat, we would go see the O's play a couple time a summer. I've also been to a Caps game and a Ravens game.

Yes! We go to several Giants and A's games every year (MLB) because we're both huge fans of our respective teams. I've also been to a couple local NFL, NHL and MLS games. I've never been to an NBA game, but I'd love to go.

Neither of us really care about sports but will go to sporting events for entertainment and to people watch. It's something fun and out of the ordinary to do every now and then. One of my favorite things to do when traveling is go to a major league baseball game (if it's baseball season). It's such a fun way to see the people and city. Each place has their own unique baseball culture. Plus, ballpark hotdogs are just plain tasty every now and then.

We go to baseball games all the time. Before he was born Cam must have thought the crowd cheered for him, I always got tons of kicks when something happened during the game.
He just went to his 4th Spring Training game this month, and we will probably see 2-3 more before regular season starts. I love March!
We will also go to the occasional football, basketball, or hockey game too, but since they are more expensive, they are less often.

I've been to a couple. A Spurs and a Cowboys game when I was little, a few Saints games when I was in college (when they were still the "'Aints"), and a handful of Phillies and Pirates games the past few years. And my SIL and I took her 6 year old daughter to see the Harlem Globetrotters last Friday night.

Have seen baseball, basketball, tennis and hockey live. Would love to see football and soccer one day. I've also been to a formula one race a couple years back (think that was what it was called, don't know anything about car racing, if it's even a sport).
