I'm 40 weeks pregnant and cannot get rid of the swelling in my feet! Luckily, this didn't start until a few weeks ago and it would normally go away but these last few days, there's no stopping it.
Someone told me watermelon helps? My sister says to ice my feet. I keep them up almost all day - but does no good.

The only thing that helped for me was to wear loose pants, no socks, and live in our recliner. Also stopping going to work every day and working from the recliner at home made all the difference.

Are you drinking lots of water? That helps reduce swelling for me. Also try an epsom salt foot bath.

I had bad swelling- summer in Florida will do that to you! Keeping my feet up worked. But the second I started walking they were huge again. I just bought some shoes a size up and lived with it.

The only thing that really helped was delivering the baby! I tried everything, nothing worked. The compression stockings were a nightmare to get on, I needed my husband to do it, lol. The epsom salts didn't help, elevation didn't help...sorry to be such a downer!
