Probably $45. I don't buy fancy shoes. I usually just wear orthodic flip flops (much cuter than they sound) because my dad's a foot doctor and he sells them. They're so comfy!

I think around $600I forget how much they cost. I have a few choos and a pair of Gucci clogs, Brian Atwood peep toe sling backs. I sold most of my shoes before I got married. Had a beautiful collection.,

My round toe brown Louboutin's: $600. With such a classic shoe it was worth it. It if were a fashion shoe I would never have spent the money.

I think the most I've spent is $100 on a pair of boots.

Most of the shoes that I wear often have cost around $80-100, but I don't have that many. I definitely hope to own a great pair of Frye boots someday, so I'm sure those will take the prize.

My running shoes - $135. I'm not a fan of shoes because I have big feet and nothing seems to look "cute" on them in my size.

I don't spend too much money on shoes - my most expensive pair was maybe $140? They were a pair of grey suede pumps. I think soon, though, I'll invest in a pair of classic black Loubs.

You ladies are really speaking my language today haha! I love shoes almost as much as I love bags. My most expensive are probably my Louboutin riding boots for $1500. I had to have them! Too bad my ankles are still to swollen to wear them though

never been into expensive shoes... I had burberry rain boots (I paid $250? I think?) that I just sold via consignment because I've been wearing Tretorns instead (they don't strangle my calves!) and I used to wear short Uggs every winter (around $125) but I just scored a pair of zip-up knee high Uggs for $80 at the outlet, so that's what I've been wearing this winter.

I guess the bottom line is that I'll pay $$$ for utilitarian shoes (winter boots, basically) but everything else is department store sale prices. I'm dying for a pair of Tory Burch flats because I love the elastic around the top. I have this weird nerve in the knuckle above my big toe on one foot, and wearing most shoes hits that nerve and I get very painful deadfoot after a bit. This is why I live in Toms and Uggs! but I just picked up a pair from Payless that has the same elastic. And they're so great.

As with the purses, my years working in luxury gave me the opportunity to get shoes for great prices. I have 7 pairs of luxury shoes that I paid between 70-140$ for, and retail up to 900$. I think the most expensive would be my YSL tributes, that I paid 75$ for!

I usually buy hoses that cost $50 or less. The only time I spent more on shoes was for a pair of sneakers when I was in college was building up a collection of converse all star shoes. I bought a pair of limited edition all stars for about $65

I've bought shoes on clearance from DSW and Nordstrom's rack for about $40 to $60. So without the discount, they are worth $80 or more??? Does that count? Haha.

My most expensive pair is my cowboy boots at just over $200

I think $100 for a pair of carlos santana peep toed sling back stilettos. they were so freaking comfortable; I wore them pretty much every day during the summers that I had them. then my dog chewed them up. only time I've really been upset with him.

My husband bought me a pair of black patent Loubs last year. Sadly, I got pregnant before I could wear them, and now I'm afraid of my feet changing size. I think they were close to $900, so I'm praying they'll still fit.

I think I've spent about $80 on my priciest shoes, and they were brown leather knee boots.

I guess boots would be the most expensive for me... Rarely wear heels anymore!

@Chastenet: i'm 8+ months now (36 weeks), and still fit ALL my old shoes even though my ankles and hands are crazy swollen....

my most expensive shoes are my wedding shoes $210-230ish
next up--i often buy shoes around $100--my feet are pretty messed up, so if i buy a $30 pair of shoes, i end up wearing them once and then throwing them out after realizing i haven't worn then in a year. i no longer allow myself to buy shoes at discount stores--i have to have someone else fit me so i know that i can actually stand up and walk around in them.

I own a pair of satin black Loubs. We got an x-box for a wedding present from the bestman, so when we went to Paris for our honeymoon, I decided that we're getting a pair of Loubs as a wedding present to be fair.
