I have a deal with myself that I'm only allowed to buy pricey shoes after we're done having kids. My mom's feet grew with pregnancy, and it'd be such a waste to spend $$$ on shoes to only be able to wear them a couple times.
I have a few pairs of Cole Haan Nike Air heels that retail for $300+, but I only paid ~$100-150 at Nordstrom Rack. I also have a couple pairs of Italian leather high heeled boots that I bought back in college and are still going strong. I think they were $200+ each.

I have several pairs of designer shoes, but they were all bought for me by my parents so I'm not sure if they count. The most expensive pair I ever bought for myself were my Cole Haan Nike Air wedges that I'm wearing now! They were $250 and my heart still skips a beat when I think about paying that much for shoes!
The most expensive pair I own are a $1,000 pair of Jimmy Choo black leather boots. The next most expensive were my wedding Manolo's at $850. But they were bought for me by my parents.

Besides running shoes (they are crazy expensive here) probably boots. I have a pair of frye boots due to be delivered any day now. I'm just a little bit excited!

It's embarrassing, but probably my leather sandals I wore all through high school. They probably cost me around $150 (NZ $ that is). I don't have those anymore, so if we're talking about shoes I currently own it would be my $70 pair of chuck taylors! I find it impossible to convince myself to spend more than that on a pair of shoes
