today seems the worst (this is not the first time i've had this feeling). i woke up starving. we had some tasty waffles for breakfast. then shortly followed that with an early lunch (even DH had to stop eating because he had hit his limit). even as i was eating and filling up, my stomach still felt hungry/empty. i drank a bunch of water too. i also waited a while to see if my brain would catch up and register that i had already eaten. but nope, still felt hungry. tried to take a nap, but my hunger woke me up. so i had a bowl of granola. still hungry. so hungry i want to cry, because i don't know what else i can do.
anyone else feel like this? had anything helped?
