So last night I had a bunch of odds and ends and wanted to make a stir fry.
I don't really have a method, so my stuff for sure isn't authentic, but I am wanting to brush up on what the steps are. Do I need a wok? What is the process if I am using a marinade? Do I have to cook the stuff in a certain order, keep it in the pan, or remove it?
Any advice is appreciated!
