C will be almost 9 months at Christmas. I want to do a stocking for her but I'm a little stumped what to buy to put in it. So far, the only thing I know I am getting is a set of Trumpette Lucy socks.

Stacking cups would be a good one!
I bought some similar cups from BRU when DS was around 6 months old and they've been a big hit from the beginning. They're great bath toys too!
The OBall is another favorite.
Or maybe some keys? I love that the key part is metal instead of plastic on these!

Oo, I like those keys. Our house uses the old-school "skeleton key" style keys and shes obsessed. I bet she'd like the metal.

A hooded towel is always a great filler item for a stocking. A little car like one of these might be good:

When DD had her first Christmas we put in Puffs because they were her favorite and I'm use to getting candy in my stocking! She loved it!

A set of 3 little people? Target sells them, they just came out with Disney ones! They're adorable!
Maybe a little baby hairbrush? My nanny LO loved brushing her hair from around 11/12 months!
A cute onesie, hair bow, teether?

We got some food treats for her first stocking. Puffs and an avocado and I think something else.

I'm Jewish, but about half of lo's Chanukah gifts will be things she needs since she's still young. Things for the bath, eating utensils, new sleep sack. That kind of thing.

@artbee: That's kind of what we are doing, our list is pretty similar

I'm thinking socks, maybe a new wood toy, slippers? Stockings are for silly little things. Heck, I could probably just ball up some wrapping paper and stuff it in there for her to pull out. That is as much fun as anything else to her.

Last year I put little snacks, socks, and a small toy. I love doing stocking presents!
