DS will be 9 months at Christmas, and I really can't think of any good stocking stuffers for him. Both DD and DS will be getting new Camelback water bottles and socks in their stockings. But what can else can I put in DS's stocking that he won't try to put in his mouth and swallow?

hmm... how about a few fun things that you don't already have a lot of? For us that would be bath books / toys. Flashcards are cheap and fun. Or you could be totally utilitarian and get something that's cute but functional, like an ice pack shaped like an animal, or a reusable snack bag. Makes for cute stocking opening pictures and then you can use it later!

oh and cold weather gear (if it's appropriate for where you are) is always a part of our stockings! a new hat, mittens, etc.

Is there anything he needs? A new sippy or straw cup? Other things for solids.... like a fork and spoon? Bath toys? Bath soap? Snacks?
I feel like at this age its ok to go practical since they have no idea.

I feel like poor DS gets the short end of the stick since we already have so much from DD and other hand-me-downs... I like the food/snacks ideas; maybe a reuable squeeze pouch (I've had my eye on one!).
