Anyone else live in Southern California? It's raining and Stormwatch 2014 is all over the news. LOL. We definitely need to rain but now LO and I will be cooped up inside all day. Whomp whomp....

Eh I know it's supposed to rain but I grew up in NorCal. It amuses me that whenever it rains in la that a truck runs into a building or catches on fire.

HAHAHA as soon as I saw the title of the thread, I knew it had to be about SoCal! I love it when they have the reporters standing OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN to show that it's... raining. And we'll get like, less than an inch and everyone will freak out.

So funny because the weather is so much worse everywhere else. I think someone needs to make a "Winter is coming" meme. (I'm in San Diego and it's just drizzly right now.

This cracks me up- possibly because I'm in Seattle. I probably feel the same way about the SoCal reaction that anyone in Minnesota feels about Seattle's reaction to snow- we FREAK out. A few years ago, they cancelled school because it was SUPPOSED to snow, and it ended up just raining. SMH.

I'm in LA and I spent half an hour last night trying to figure out where I'd left faucet on. I finally noticed it was raining after driving myself nuts trying to locate the source of the running water. Oh, SoCal...

Laughing because I grew up in CA but now live in the Northeast where we've had some form of snow for the 3rd day in a row and I don't even care anymore.
